Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using SHAR, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Who can use SHAR

You must be at least 16 years old to create a SHAR account. By using the product, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to connect any third-party integration you enable.

3. Not a medical device

SHAR reports patterns found in the data you connect and log. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Beta status

SHAR is under active development. Features, availability, and accuracy of insights may change without notice during the private beta period, and occasional downtime or data-sync issues can occur. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

6. Connected integrations

Integrations such as WHOOP and Oura are provided by third parties under their own terms. SHAR is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of third-party services. Disconnecting an integration is available at any time from the app.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SHAR for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app, website, or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or the data you connect or log.

8. Intellectual property

SHAR, its logo, and its product design are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you log and connect; you grant us a license to process it solely to operate the product for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using SHAR and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SHAR is provided "as is" during the private beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SHAR evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
